At Google Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer to ensure safe transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off or Schedule
Hand your package to an authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner to complete the process.
